We kick off the morning of Friday, October 20, with the Keynote Address and Product Showcase. Each day will be filled with breakout sessions, and we will conclude on Sunday, October 22, after the morning breakout sessions. 
There is no deadline to register, but the Early Bird pricing does expire on July 28, 2023.

Of course! You can make a substitution any time prior to September 29, 2023 by emailing events@eclinicalworks.com. No substitutions will be accepted after September 29, 2023.

No, we no longer offer group discounts. 
No, the lowest available registration rate is $875 per person by paying by the deadlines for the Early Bird Registration. We strive to keep the rate as low as possible while maintaining tremendous value at the Conference.

No, we do not. There is one registration fee whether you attend one day, two days, or all three days. 
If an attendee loses, misplaces, or forgets their badge, please visit the on-site registration desk to receive a new name badge. You will need to show ID to receive a replacement.
Yes, once all the sessions are released, you will see a CME/CE/AAPC logo next to the title to indicate if they are eligible for credits. Breakout sessions will be released later this summer.
All current eClinicalWorks customers are encouraged to attend. 
Only paid and registered attendees can attend the Conference.
No, the meals provided at the Conference are intended for Conference attendees only. The exception to this is the Saturday Night Celebration. You will be able to purchase a Celebration Pass for family and friends. 
Yes! In an effort to be more green, the conference will be a plastic water bottle free zone. We encourage attendees to bring their own water bottle and use the refill stations around the meeting space. 
Yes, the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center offers daily visitor self-parking for $33 per day. They also offer overnight visitor valet parking for $45 per night. Fees exclude tax. Free self-parking for guests with plug-in hybrid or electric vehicles.
Yes, Wi-Fi will be available in the convention center area of the Conference to all attendees. Login information will be provided in the conference program guide and on your badges.
Yes, the eCW Events app will be available for the National Conference. Your conference registration credentials are your app login credentials. However, your credentials will not work until we activate the event within the app. You will receive an email communication from us when it is ready for use. Make sure to download in advance and you will receive communication when it is ready. You can download the app here. 
 
No, but you can add them to your schedule to help you navigate the Conference. Adding sessions to your schedule does not guarantee a seat in the session, as all sessions are first-come.
Sign into the eCW Events app. To add a session, click on the Schedule icon. Once in the Schedule section, review the sessions you would like to attend and click the blue Add To My Schedule. The schedule will also be in your dashboard and my shedule too. 
Sign into the eCW Events app and click on the Schedule icon. Once in the Schedule section, review the sessions you would like to remove and click the red Remove from My Schedule icon. You can also do this on your dashboard.

Yes, we will be sharing the session PPTs and recorded sessions on the support portal for all clients. Breakout session presentations are shared a few weeks after the conclusion of the Conference on my.eclinicalworks.com.
Please indicate any special needs when you register for the event. 

Cancelations can be made by logging into your registration profile and going to the Group Attendees tab and clicking on the trash can icon to cancel your registration. Cancelations completed prior to September 29, 2023, will receive a full refund of registration fee. No refunds will be honored after September 30, 2023, due to contracts and hotel guarantees.

No, this year's Conference will be hosted in-person only.
eClinicalWorks will be closely monitoring and following any health recommendations/best practices provided by the CDC, local health authorities, and Marriott management. Please visit the Registration Info page to learn more. 
A pop up will happen during the registration phase asking if you would like to present. If you indicate that you would you will be asked to complete the application. You will receive an email later in the year indicating if you were approved or not.  
Join us Saturday night for our annual conference celebration! The Saturday night celebration is included in your paid registration fee. The event is four hours of exciting and varied entertainment and delicious cuisines from around the globe.  

Those who would like to bring a spouse, family member, or friend can purchase a Celebration Pass prior to the Conference or at the on-site registration desk. Passes are available under the Group Attendee tab on your registration dashboard.

Don't forget to wear your badge. Attendees and those with a party pass are required to wear their Conference name badge for entrance to the party. To keep this party exclusive to our eCW attendees, security will be located at each party entrance to check your badge. No one will be allowed into the party areas without a Conference name badge. We appreciate everyone’s compliance with this requirement.
 
No, your Conference badge is your Saturday Night Celebration pass. Don't forget to wear it to the Party!
